Custom orders are made specifically for you, so returns are only accepted if there is a structural defect — meaning something went wrong on our end. If your piece has a craftsmanship issue, reach out and we'll make it right.

Not the right fit? Shop items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds are issued for the item price only — original and return shipping costs are not included.
